Ngozi Adeleke, wife of Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke, has revealed that her husband’s love for dancing began long before his political career.
Speaking in a recent interview, she recalled that Adeleke was nicknamed “Jackson” during his school days in the United States because of his dancing skills.
She also revealed that during their traditional wedding, Adeleke danced from morning until the following morning. According to her, he personally brought veteran musician Shina Peters and another musician to perform at the celebration, which she described as being like a carnival.
Ngozi said her husband has always been passionate about dancing, singing and praising God, adding that there is “no dull moment” with him.
Adeleke has become widely known as Nigeria’s “Dancing Governor” because of his energetic dance moves at public events and celebrations.
